Out of form no intention..., Dinesh Karthik became a big problem for RCB

Dinesh Karthik: RCB's wicket-keeper batsman Dinesh Karthik himself has become the biggest problem for his team in IPL 2023. He has flopped badly with the bat this season.

IPL 2023, Dinesh Karthik: Recently someone had said that last year Dinesh Karthik was carrying the team of Royal Challengers Bangalore. But in IPL 2023, the RCB team is carrying him. This is true to some extent, Dinesh Karthik won many matches for the team by showing the finishing touch by playing many attractive innings in IPL 2022. Seeing his excellent form, Karthik returned to India's T20 Team. He was also a part of 2022 T20 World Cup Team. But in the IPL 2023, he has not been able to do anything special so far. So far this year, he has failed to win even a single match for his team. Due to out of form and not having the right intention, he has become a burden on the RCB team.

Dinesh Karthik often likes to play aerial shots from mid-wicket to square leg area. Sometimes he used to shuffle the ball far outside the off-stump and hit the square leg area for a six. He made a good use of these shots in IPL 2022. These shots became his trade mark strokes. Last year he hit shots all around the ground. But in the Indian premier league 2023, all his shots have disappeared. It is true that Dinesh Karthik has no place in the RCB team at present. Nevertheless, trusting the team management, he is being given opportunity after opportunity. But Karthik has not yet been able to take advantage of these opportunities.
